October means Corn Maze!

Every Saturday and Sunday in October you can travel out to Metamora, IN and get lost. Get lost in the Corn Maze, that is.  The Whitewater Canal Trail's annual fundraiser provides family fun while supporting the development of the trail. For only $5 per person you can wander through the corn, celebrating the bicentennial of Franklin County by depicting the courthouse tower.  Hayrides provide a shuttle service between the maze and downtown Metamora, Indiana's Canal Town. While in town you can enjoy a horse-drawn canal boat ride, visit the Grist Mill and buy freshly ground corn meal and grits, or grab a bite to eat.  The WCT Corn Maze is east of Metamora, on US Highway 52 with free parking available. Hours are 1 to 5 PM, weather permitting.
